Natural Skin Care Tips - Moisturize from Within
Oftentimes we overlook the most important "Natural Skin Care Tip" for hydrating our skin. We need to first look at "moisturizing" our skin from within by drinking plenty of water each day.
A recommended 6-8 glasses of water per day is a good baseline to adhere to, but remember that hot days, perspiring during workouts, and other factors can add to that amount. Besides keeping your skin, the largest organ of your body, hydrated there are many other advantages including purification of the body and balancing a healthy weight. Did you know that when the body get dehydrated we sometime misinterpret our body's warning system thinking we are hungry vs. thirsty?
